all dogs are going to sniff at first. think of sniffing to a dog is like reading a newspaper to us. we read to find out the latest news, same for a dog, they just want to find out who you are where you`ve been, ect.. Putting a deterrent wont stop a dog from sniffing, he`ll sniff and then think he stinks or hey, i like that.
I’ve heard that they hate the smell of vinegar, Its too strong for them. It makes my eyes water so I can’t imagine what it would be like for a dog.
Lemon Juice stops them from barking.
Why doesn’t he just keep some moth balls in his pockets? That should work.
I heard they hate mothball and motor oil id go with the moth balls
